Do you love A Tribe Geek? Would you like share your Indigenerdity? Well, you’ve come to the right place. We are always looking to highlight the best of Indigenerdity and our contributions as Native people to Geek Culture and S.T.E.M. fields.
So, what exactly are we looking for?
We are looking for diverse & unique Indigenous perspectives on Geek Culture, Art, Entertainment, Video Games, S.T.E.M, and Comic Books through articles, personal essays and cultural criticisms.
We want smart reporting and writing that highlights our contributions, achievements, and knowledge as Native people.
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for Indigenerds that are funny, quick witted, loyal, and creative who have great written and oral communication skills. We are looking for artists, illustrators, podcasters, and reviewers who want to share their work with A Tribe Called Geek.

Then here’s what to do:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with ideas you have for specific articles and a brief (one paragraph) description of who you are, tribal affiliation, and what kind of writing you do.
In the subject line, write a very short description of the idea you have for an article, i.e. “Who Shot first? Han or Greedo?” or “Is it true that the Darkside has cookies?” (You can include more ideas in the body of the email)
If you already have a draft of a story you think might be right for us, go ahead and send it! We’d love to read it to see if it might be a good fit. If you have writing samples, send them along.
